Norm Bennett, Swiss-born, American raised chef-owner has a list of culinary credentials from around the world. Norman Brown graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He then traveled to Europe where he worked in many countries, learning first hand the taste and culture of each place. Returning to the United States he continued to work in some of the finest hotels and restaurants across America.
